There was an old trajectory when we took our first yoga teacher training. It went a little something like this… "After teacher training, teach for free as much as you can, work-study at a studio you like, or pay for classes there until they notice you and ask you to teach. Teach whatever time is offered to you because it is a privilege. Sub every chance you get. And after teaching 15 classes a week for 7 or 8 years, lead a workshop, host training, and lead a teacher training."

Jeanette is a life doula specializing in ushering women through life’s moments of transition. She has over 20 years of experience working in Hospice and long-term care creating wellness programs and teaching caregivers to cultivate quality of life. She is an Air Force Veteran and ran a multi-million dollar Recreation Therapy business for almost ten years.
Jeanette is an Internationally Certified Yoga Therapist, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Ayurvedic Doula dedicated to transforming pain and suffering to empowerment and resilience.
She helps conscious women who are healers, caregivers, visionaries, and leaders go deeper into their evolution so that they have the support, systems, and tools to reach a heightened level of inner peace, sovereignty, and spirituality.

Summer is a creative community organizer, leader, and teacher who has over two decades of experience leading diverse groups of people in life-altering transformation through awareness practices.
Summer has worked in the nonprofit sector bringing yoga and mindfulness to marginalized communities, incarcerated youth, and public education. She has trained hundreds of yoga, mindfulness teachers, and reiki practitioners who work all over the world to support the awakening of consciousness.
She has developed the curriculum for Greenhouse Holistic Yoga Teacher Training, Yoga Sukhavati 300 hr Training, Sacred Shape 85 hr Prenatal, Yoga Peace Kula 200 and 300 hr training, and KYDS Mindfulness programs.
